Join Release & Harm Reduction International in E1 in our hub for social justice! The office is in a great central location, surrounded by fast food lunch options, coffee shops and supermarkets, is proximate to Tower Hill, Aldgate and Aldgate East tube stations; and just a 12 min walk from Liverpool Street Station.

With a communal kitchen (including a big fridge and endless filter coffee & tea), large and small meeting rooms, secure entry, lots of beautiful plants, and printing and internet included in costs; we’ve worked hard to make this a space that works for non-profit sector organisations. We’re set up for COVID-19 protection, and feel comfortable that the building has ample space across four floors to accommodate another organisation (or small organisations).

2 x fully furnished offices available in Aldgate with option to rent the whole 1st floor.

All offices let on 12 month license with rent payable monthly in-advance. No deposit required with a 2 month notice period to terminate.

All packages include business rates, printing, cleaning and hot drinks.

Secure leased and ultra fast fibre broadband with symmetrical speeds, and ethernet connectivity and wireless access points.

Each office comes equipped with desks, and chairs, and with 2 dedicated telephone numbers and handsets, if required and can be grouped and with more handsets, if needed), and includes £25.00 credit per month to each number. Free black & white printing, and £50.00 credit per month for colour printing all at actual cost. We own the telephone and print systems, so we only charge for actual costs.

Multiple recycling points throughout the building including security shredding for sensitive documents plus we have zero to landfill rubbish collection. The building is supplied with 100% green energy.

24/7 access with secure cycle storage. Limited off-street parking by arrangement.

Free use of conference room (seats up to 16 around table, conference telephone, projector available), or enlarge the room by collapsing the wall and seat up to 30 in rowed seats. Additionally, there are smaller meeting rooms available.

So, when we say everything is all inclusive we mean it. There are no hidden charges! Oh, and the best bit there’s no VAT.
